  ‘Elemental’ – a solo exhibition by Lisa Marple  
  The word “elemental” can be defined as “pertaining to the forces or phenomena of a physical nature”. In this body of work, Lisa has been inspired by the raw elements of the physical world and the symbolic connections that can be made with different emotions. Nature - whether it be oceans and river, skies and moon, or the unique individual beauty of animals, crystals and plants have intrigued her. 

Elemental is on show at The Link from 26 March to 6 May 2019.

  SPARKs fly as our training initiative moves south  
  Ginninderry’s SPARK training and employment initiative is expanding to provide courses in southern Canberra.

This expansion follows the success of the program in north Canberra, where it has delivered training to over 700 Canberrans, since 2016 – resulting in 266 work experience placements and 286 new jobs.

Delivered by the Ginninderry Joint Venture with the assistance of the ACT Government, SPARK provides training for Canberrans to help them get into work.

  Yass Valley Council public consultation for Parkwood Planning Proposal  
  Yass Valley Council are currently seeking community feedback for the Parkwood Planning Proposal – the NSW part of Ginninderry. A 3D model of the development has been set up at Yass Library and all documentation can be found on their website. 
Closing date for submissions is: 5.00pm 17 May 2019.

A community information display is also now open at Trader & Co. in Yass (pictured above). A member of the Ginninderry project team will be at the cafe every day between 11am – 1pm, so drop by for a chat & some great coffee!
